The Workshop Proceedings will be published by www.acm.org available from the Digital Library.

Submit your extended abstract (via email) to SheldonFT@ornl.gov.

Fax/email the ACM copy right release form to Cristal Case (865-576-5943 or CaseCS@ornl.gov).

Submissions are governed by the Association of Computing Machinery International Conference Proceedings Series guidelines and policies. Please use one of the provided templates. The MS-Word template is here.

Apply ACM Computing Classification categories and terms.

All submissions shall include an extended abstract (up to 4 pages) and presentation slides (up to 10 pages, 2 slides/page). You must follow all of the requirements below:

A. Generate and submit PDFs for inclusion in the Digital Library (though ACM can accept .ppt files, use thumbnails and optimized for fast web viewing).

B. Include the copyright statement and bibliographic strip (below) on the bottom of the first page left column (without border). This statement is not needed for the slides.

Permission to make digital or hard copies of all or part of this work for personal or classroom use is granted without fee provided that copies are not made or distributed for profit or commercial advantage and that copies bear this notice and the full citation on the first page. To copy otherwise, to republish, to post on servers or to redistribute to lists, requires prior specific permission and/or a fee.

C. We will paginate the volume (mating your abstract file with your slides file). Do not use page numbering in your extended abstracts. Slide numbering where the page number is contained within the slide (and not on the page containing two slides per page) is acceptable.

D. All submitted files must use Type 1 fonts (scalable), not Type 3 (bit-mapped). All fonts must be embedded within the PDF file.

E. Your submitted files should be named using the convention: firstauthorlastname-abstract.pdf and firstauthorlastname-slides.pdf
