- Register at http://www.csiir.ornl.gov/HBIOC/registration.shtml
- Don’t forget to reserve a hotel
- You will need to get transportation, most likely a rental car, from/to the airport to your hotel
- You are strongly encouraged to use the bus for transportation to/from the conference
- Sign up for the dinner – there is limited seating
- Consider taking the tour of ORNL. This provides an exceptional overview of the Research Facilities and the ‘Big’ Science that goes on at ORNL.
For Presenters
- Submit your paper(s) by the deadline
- Follow the paper format guidelines
- Upload your presentations to the designated on-line repository
For Poster Submissions
- Follow the guidelines and formats
- Provide an Extended Abstract for the Poster to be published in the Proceedings
