Uploading your Presentation
For paper presenters, we are encouraging you to upload your presentation by following the instructions below.
Presentations should be submitted by June 15th.
After that date, you can still upload revisions as you require up to the day before the conference. We will use these submissions for displaying on the projectors.
NOTE that if you require special presentation hardware or support materials, please notify us at schlicherbg@ornl.gov
Instructions for uploading
1. In a web browser, go to this url:
http://depositfiles.com/en/
2. You should see a page with the ‘deposit files’ logo on it.
3. In the upper right hand corner, select 'enter' and type in this login and password:
login: hbcmi
password: ornlhbcmi
4. A new screen will come up with a prompt to "Upload and send your file".
5. Select browse to choose your file from your hard- or disk-drive.
6. Select the 'Upload' button to put/store your file to ‘deposit files’ file share.
7. A new screen will come up with some info with links about success. You can ignore all that.
8. You are done.
